Refunds and breakages
I do not accept requests for refunds on products. Sorry, but the cost of shipping pots backwards and forwards makes it uneconomic for either you or me to do this.
I will try to supply as much info as possible so that you know exactly what you are buying. Size and colour will always be outlined, plus any marks or quirks that will always be a part of any unique pot I make. If you need to know more before committing to a purchase please do message me with your queries. Thank you!
Breakages
If by any chance the pots you order arrive damaged, I will refund you for the full price you paid. However, to avoid this policy being abused, I hope you will understand that in order to refund your payment, I will need to see pretty comprehensive images of the breakages with date stamped images.

I will do everything I can to avoid any breakages in transit by ensuring each piece is triple wrapped and then boxed securely for postage.
